All prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation. If you accept our quotation and instruct us to proceed with an order, we will place the order within 3 days (you have the right to cancel within these 3 days). Please ensure that the details on the quote are correct.
A 50% deposit, which is non-refundable, is required before we place an order for your shutters or blinds. The balance is payable on the day of fitting.
Details of our bank account may be found on the quote & invoice and cheques should be made payable to Stilton Shutters. We also accept credit and debit card payments – Call 01733 639045 for details.
Paying the required deposit indicates that it is the customer's wish that performance of the contract begins as soon as the deposit is received by Stilton Shutters Ltd. Once we are in receipt of the deposit, we will submit your order to the factory.
Please note that our current lead time for shutters is up to 9-11 weeks and up to 2-5 for blinds, from date of order. We will contact you when we receive your order from the factory to make an appointment for the installation.
All of our shutters are guaranteed against defects in manufacture and material from date of installation for a period of sixty 60 months. Blinds are guaranteed for 12 months.
