1. Quotation Validity
All prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation. Please ensure that the details on the quotation are correct.
2. Orders& Cancellations
If you accept our quotation and instruct us to proceed, we will place the order within 3days. As all of our products are custom-made to your specifications, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once manufacturing has begun, in accordance with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You cannot cancel or amend an order once it has been submitted unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or missing.
3. Deposits & Payments
A 50% deposit is required before we place an order. This deposit becomes non-refundable after the initial 3-day cancellation window. Paying the deposit within the 3-daywindow indicates that you wish performance of the contract to begin immediately and confirms acceptance of our terms and conditions.
The remaining balance is due 7 days, following the completion of the work.

4. Lead Times & Installation
Our current lead time is 8–11 weeks for shutters and 2–5 weeks for blinds from the date of order. These lead times are indicative only and not guaranteed. We will contact you once we receive your order from the factory to schedule installation. Customers are responsible for providing access to the installation site and ensuring the area is clear and safe. We reserve the right to reschedule if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
5. Product Issues & Replacements
If your made-to-measure product is faulty, damaged or missing, we will promptly order are placement.
6. Warranty
All of our shutters are guaranteed against defects in manufacture and materials for a period of 5 years from the date of installation. Blinds are guaranteed for 12months from installation.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall notbe liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses or damages,including loss of profit or opportunity, arising from any delay or defect inthe goods or installation.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
